Mobilink warned
The National Assembly Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat [no, I don't know what that means or does, I just blog here - BP.], on Tuesday asked the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to initiate strict action against mobile companies that are offering poor services to their clients. Later, the PTA issued show cause notice to initiate proceedings against Mobilink, based on the result of a survey conducted recently by the authority.

Mobilink was forced to give its subscribers Rs50 million last year after it was found to have provided sub-par service. The service levels have gone downhill since then and the PTA is now threatening cancelation of the licence.
