PTCL gives everyone call waiting
PTCL seems to have turned on Call Waiting for everyone. There is general confusion as to why we now suddenly get beeps during calls and why internet dialup connections fail even more quickly than usual.
Apparently if you hear the beep you can dial 'flash' followed by a 1 to get the call that is waiting.
Don't know how to turn this facility off. It remains to be seen if PTCL charges us for this.
