WLL to be restricted to single cell mobility: Awais
Speaking at the Telecommunication Investment Conference organised by the CFA Association of Pakistan Mr. Leghari said "The ultimate success of the policies lies in the fact that the consumer is spoilt for choice". He also talked about number portability and lowering prices.

There was some question whether CDMA WLL requires soft hand offs between adjacent cells to maintain quality of service. So I am wondering how the single cell restriction affect Companies like Telecard and their business plans.

Does anyone have any experience with Telecard's GO CDMA WLL phones?
